  • Not at all. I help guys who have just started out in the gym, as well as competitive strength athletes. The program and guidance I give will be tailored to your experience level and goals. All are welcome

  • I am a former competitive powerlifter and I currently train guys who will be heading to National competitions. I can 100% help if you have hit a plateau, want to peak for your competition, or even prepare for your first comp.

  • If you have a nagging injury (think muscle pull, knee pain, back pain etc.) then I can help you diagnose and get rid of the pain (you can detail the injury in the onboarding form I’ll send you). If the injury is more serious and is stopping you from training completely, shoot me an email at james@performance.co and I’ll see if it makes sense to have you on the program.

  • Definitely - putting on muscle mass and getting leaner are both a product of your eating habits, which I help you with in the program by telling what to eat and how much to eat, given your goals.

  • After the 10 weeks, you have the option of continuing working with me on a monthly basis where I will build your program and get you stronger for as long as you need. Or we can part ways, no hard feelings!
